Volunteers make this event possible! We’re looking for:
- physical/massage therapists
- bike techs
- medical professionals
We also need generally helpful people to:
- staff SAG (Support and Gear) stations
- keep track of rider mileage
- cheer on riders!
- bake “power ball” snacks to nourish riders
- …and more!
Volunteer shifts are available Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon. When you register, you can indicate your availability and any special skills you may have.
Click for more info on SAG stations.
Housing is available both Friday and Saturday nights. Meals are available Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
La Salle Manor has individual dorm-style rooms and shared bathrooms. There are some larger rooms that can be set up with mattresses on the floor to accommodate a family. Camping, which has access to bathrooms, is also encouraged.
Housing at La Salle Manor is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, although preference is given to riders and volunteers with greater need. Volunteers receive complimentary housing; you may also choose to camp, which is free. Volunteers also receive complimentary meals before, during, and after their shifts. Additional meals may be purchased
We encourage everyone spending the night on Saturday to join us for our Sunday morning worship service immediately following breakfast.
There are no pets allowed at La Salle Manor.
There are also a number of hotels and bed & breakfasts in the area.
